1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 99laju ("Company", "we", "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of the 99laju website, mobile app, software, and all services offered by the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To use the 99laju platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not an individual who has self-excluded or been banned from betting platforms for any reason.

• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

3 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 99laju platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity occurring under your account is considered your own, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or another party. Please contact the 99laju support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other party.
• 99laju reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious activity without prior notice.
• Account details must be updated whenever there are changes to your personal information.
• Using a VPN or location-masking software to access the platform from restricted regions is a violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Payments

99laju supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and the digital wallets listed on the Deposit. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as stated on the Deposit page and are subject to change from time to time.
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• 99laju is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banks.
• Any deposit made in error cannot be reclaimed once the funds have been credited to the gaming account.
• 99laju reserves the right to request proof of payment or supporting documents to verify any deposit transaction.

All financial transactions on 99laju are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 99laju bears no responsibility for any losses arising from currency exchange rate differences.

5 Withdrawal of Wins

Legitimate winnings may be withdrawn via payment methods supported by 99laju. The withdrawal process will be initiated once the request has been approved by our finance team.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 99laju account.
• Completed KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Withdrawal.
• 99laju reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests that require additional review for security or compliance reasons.
• Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are solely the player's responsibility.

6 Bonus & Promotions

99laju offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions and in their respective bonus terms.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new player.
• All bonuses carry rollover (wagering) requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted into withdrawable cash by meeting the rollover requirements.
• 99laju reserves the right to void any bonus if a player is found attempting to abuse the bonus system.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the designated validity period ends.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the 99laju platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, bingo, and e-sports — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found within each game's interface.

• The outcome of all games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) is final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, 99laju reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in the event of a technical issue acknowledged by 99laju.
• 99laju reserves the right to limit the maximum wagering amount for any player or game at any time.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the 99laju platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud, identity theft, or the use of another person's personal information.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Collusion between players in Live Casino or table games.
• Using third-party software to exploit vulnerabilities in games or platform systems.
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple account registrations or other circumvention methods.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of 99laju.
• Sharing account login credentials with another party.

9 Account Termination

Players may close their 99laju account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, please ensure all withdrawable funds have been processed first.

99laju reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or activity suspected of fraud.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player for responsible gaming reasons.

Once an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, all outstanding balances, bonuses, and wins will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.

10 Limitation of Liability

99laju is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party factors such as banks or payment providers.

99laju's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11 Privacy Policy

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data at 99laju is governed by Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you agree to how we handle your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 99laju regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between both parties.
